Human Right 2 Water is a Swiss-based membership association.  It is therefore not-for-profit, and it is owned and run by the members themselves. The overriding authority for the organisation is the AGM, comprised of members. The Executive Office reports to the Board, itself comprised of members. In addition, the Expert Committee serves as a technical advisory body to the Board, and the Global Community of Practice is further enhanced by the Country Coordinator programme, lead by members in their respective countries.
