HR2W Youth was launched with the following series of youth interviews. The series kicked off with an interview with Abishek Narayan from our partners at Swiss Water Partnership Youth. In his opinion, “If we are to have any luck at solving the big water challenges in the world, we certainly need a lot of young, bright minds involved in the process“. A short segment of the interview is available online and the full video will be released soon. Partner interviews (video or written) will be conducted over the coming months to provide visibility online for them to describe their activities and good practices in water and sanitation governance.
HR2W Youth aims to provide a support platform for improving the governance of water and sanitation worldwide for all kinds of youth networks. Through our experience based on research and training on the human rights to water and sanitation, we will share knowledge and strengthen capacities. Through our strong media base, we wish to provide an added opportunity for youth networks on water to get in touch, share good practices, and find solutions to some of our shared challenges.
Please get in touch with us if you are a young person working in the water and/or sanitation sectors, and if you would like to join our platform.
